Our company has taken the master franchise of a UK-based luxury wellness brand that operates spas, wellness retreats, and salons. Our master franchise rights are specifically for Tamil Nadu and Telangana, with the option to open centres pan-India.
- We seek investors on a FOCO model basis to establish a unisex luxury salon or wellness center.
- These centers will be located in either Tamil Nadu or Telangana. Location can be finalized with the investor. The investor will invest INR 75 Lakhs to 3 crores based on the location (Tier 1 or Tier 2 Cities), size and type (salon, spa or spalon) and the investor will get a minimum guaranteed payout, starting from the third month.
